What You'll Do

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You'll Bring

Formal Automotive training, education and certification required 2+ years of prior automotive repair experience, depending on technician level being considered We encourage ASE and manufacturer certification. A team player who is focused on providing high-level customer service Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The CA base pay for this position is $18.42 - $36.84 hourly/flat rate.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
