We’re hiring a Retail Marketing Operations Manager (RMO) to act as a strategic partner to dealership leaders across California and Nevada. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores.

California & Nevada, must reside within region (Travel Required)

Compensation Range

$80,000-$125,000 plus bonus . Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Drive performance : Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
• Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
• Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
• Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders

What You'll Bring

Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years)

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
