Sales & Finance Support Why Join Us? Audi St. Paul is looking for an organized, customer-focused Sales & Finance Support team member to help keep our Sales and Finance operations moving. You'll support deal processing, funding, vehicle deliveries, and day-to-day dealership operations while helping create a smooth experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

Prepare deals and support Finance Managers with documentation. Assist with funding and CIT management. Scan, organize, and maintain deal paperwork. Coordinate Driveway communication and assisted customer deliveries. Support vehicle stocking and lot organization. Serve as a runner and assist with daily Sales and Finance needs. Partner with Sales and Finance Managers to keep deals moving efficiently.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of experience in a title clerk, automotive dealership office, Sales/Finance support, or similar administrative role. 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience. Experience with online motor vehicle agencies Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System Strong organization Customer-focused and a team-first attitude. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Total Rewards The (Hourly/Salary)

Wage Range for this position is: $20.00-$22.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
