We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic dealership team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will play an essential role in delivering a premium customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. What You'll Do

Welcome customers and create a positive first impression by delivering a warm customer-focused experience. Help customers find the right vehicle by showcasing features, answering questions, and providing exciting hands-on vehicle demonstrations. Build lasting relationships with customers while creating new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community connections. Use CRM tools, manage customer information, and provide personalized follow-up throughout the buying process.

Connect with prospective customers by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining ongoing communication. Provide a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience from the initial conversation through delivery and introduction to our Service team. Become a vehicle expert by staying current on product knowledge, pricing, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends. Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment that makes customers feel welcome.

What You'll Bring

Automotive sales experience or similar experience

• Familiarity with dealership management systems
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection
