• Lead the customer experience by training and reinforcing CR processes
• Drive improvement through regular meetings and action plans with leadership
• Build powerful follow‑up systems that keep customers returning
• Stay sharp on product knowledge to support accurate communication Boost appointments using CRM tools and strong phone skills
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Generate traffic through proactive outreach to all lead sources
