You will be a Lithia employee working for Starbucks franchise. We're looking for a barista that wants to bring the Starbucks Experience to life!

150 North Bartlett St #108, Medford, OR Compensation Range: $15.00-16.00/hr plus tips Type: Part Time, 20hours per week (open & close shifts)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable store environment
• Stay calm and focused during busy periods while supporting your team Follow all operational, safety, and cash-handling procedures
• Support new team members through encouragement and coaching
• Contribute to a strong team culture by communicating effectively and uplifting others
