L0349 John Eagle Honda of Dallas Lithia & Driveway – Dallas Honda NOW HIRING: Operations Development Program Full-time hours are Monday to Saturday, 8-5 Onsite position Salary: Starting at $60,000 during the 3‑month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance. Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!) What You’ll Do

Dive into core dealership operations with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities

• Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments
• Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
