Busy, well‑organized shop with a steady workflow 9 main shop bays handling ~450 ROs/month , plus a dedicated quick‑lube area Supportive, team‑first culture with training and mentorship Clear career path from Lube Tech to Service Technician Tools, resources, and leadership support to help you grow What You Bring Entry‑level automotive or quick‑lube experience (import or Nissan preferred) Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced shop setting Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Minimum age: 18 High school diploma or GED required Your Responsibilities
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services
• Conduct multi‑point vehicle inspections
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Document services performed clearly and correctly
