What You'll Do

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages
• Provide basic information to customers and visitors, such as directions and hours of operation
• Help with administrative tasks, such as photocopying and filing

What You'll Bring

1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Ability to stand for long periods of time Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
