What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development and Call Center roles Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality experience welcomed
• Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers Confident and professional phone presence
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools What You'll Do: Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
• Schedule solid Sales appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads, and service and parts customers.

Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. Utilize computer & phone skills within our BDC Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention. ​ Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $16.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
