L0072 Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise Now Hiring: Experienced Service Advisor Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Department Hours

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, building trust from the first interaction
• Document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
• Communicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently
• Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completion
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scores

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in a Service Writing Advisor role Previous experience using CDK Time management – managing one's own time and time of others. Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Basic computer and cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
