GROWTH = OPPORTUNITY You will report to the Parts Manager. This is an on-site position located in Wappingers Falls, NY.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor you will provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will answer telephones and greet customers and vendors. Maintain clean work area, and stockroom. You will work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service. Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests. Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed.

Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keep perpetual inventory controls. Receive payment or obtain credit authorization. Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.

Qualifications

2+ years dealership parts advisor experience, required CDK experience preferred Understand basic automotive components and systems Automotive dealership service experience is a plus Any automotive certifications is a plus Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Est. Annual Earnings ranges from $40,000 to $75,000 Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
