What You'll Do

Assist customers in finding the right vehicle from our new and used inventory. Demonstrate vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and benefits. Present financing, protection products, and service options. Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. Follow up on customer inquiries through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions. Use our modern sales tools and technology like our CRM to track sale activities and opportunities.

Stay current on Subaru products and pre-owned inventory. You'll report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of experience in automotive sales. Strong written & vocal communication skills. Excellent time management skills Working knowledge of computers. Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 . This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
