L0401 Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor Internal / Used Car Technician: Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is looking for an experienced Internal/Used Car Technician to join our Service Team. This full-time position ensures pre-owned vehicles are reconditioned quickly, accurately, and to the highest standards before offering them for sale. We're looking for a well-rounded technician with strong diagnostic and repair abilities, ideally with multi-brand experience and multiple ASE Certifications.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive inspections and reconditioning of used vehicle inventory
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, braking, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Complete maintenance services to prepare vehicles for frontline sale
• Identify and document repair recommendations according to dealership standards
• Perform quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and appearance requirements
• Meet internal production and turnaround goals
• Utilize service information systems, scan tools, and electronic repair resources
• Collaborate with service, parts, and used vehicle departments to ensure completion of work
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience Multi-brand dealership or independent repair experience Multiple ASE Certifications ASE Master Technician certification
