What You'll Bring

Class B level technicians with 3+ years of experience Class C technicians with 5+ years of experience Up-to-date ASE and state certifications Diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems and tools

• Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics Independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You’ll Do: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
