What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers in-store, online, by phone, and through referrals
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, demonstrations, test drives, and trade evaluations
• Present vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and protection options
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate future business
• Track customer activity using dealership CRM tools
• Stay current on inventory, market trends, and dealership programs
• Deliver a customer experience that earns repeat and referral business

What You'll Bring

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or commission sales experience is highly transferable Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
