L0389 Land Rover Orlando A Rare Opportunity to Lead the Service Experience Service Manager | Land Rover Orlando Above and Beyond The Land Rover Experience Land Rover Orlando is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and deliver an exceptional ownership experience for every guest. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive service leader who understands that in the luxury automotive market, the customer experience is just as important as the service operation itself.

We are specifically seeking a candidate with previous Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Service Manager experience . Prior JLR experience is highly preferred. Candidates with extensive highline service leadership experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche will also be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing

Service Department

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery Drive CSI, customer satisfaction, retention, and service department performance
• Lead and develop Service Advisors, technicians, and support personnel
• Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, hospitality, and excellence
• Monitor department KPIs, productivity, profitability, and overall performance
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Service Department personnel
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the integrity of the Land Rover brand
• Ensure a consistent, elevated experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Jaguar Land Rover Service Manager experience — strongly preferred Previous dealership Service Manager experience in a luxury/highline environment Extensive highline automotive service experience with Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche
• Demonstrated success achieving excellent CSI/customer satisfaction scores
• Strong leadership and team-development skills A genuine commitment to hospitality and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing

Service Department

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain top Service Department talent
