What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What We’re Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred Automotive technician background is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation $64,000 – $91,000 annually (Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
