• Senior Master Ford Technician (Flat Rate)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies
• Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
• Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements
• Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly
• Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations
• Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed
• Maintain required tools and a safe, organized work environment What You'll Bring ?

Current Ford Senior Master Certification Ford dealership service experience Diagnostic and repair expertise Experience with Ford systems, technology, and repair procedures Familiar with flat-rate productivity goals Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record ASE Certifications 4 or more years advanced electrical diagnostics 3 or more years advanced hybrid, EV, and ADAS systems Total Rewards
