L0193 Audi Des Moines Audi Des Moines Hiring: Porter Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reports to: Service Manager Onsite in Des Moines Iowa

What You'll Do

Greet service customers and provide professional customer service throughout their dealership visit.Assist with vehicle check-in, prepare vehicles for service, and coordinate with Service Advisors.Safely transport, park, and retrieve customer vehicles within the dealership and service areas.Maintain an organized service lane, parking lot, and clean work environment.Support daily service department operations, including vehicle deliveries and customer transportation.Assist with incoming phone calls, administrative tasks, and other service team responsibilities.Follow dealership safety procedures and report vehicle or workplace concerns to

What You'll Bring

A valid driver's license and driving record that meets dealership requirements. 1+ years of experience with computers to support daily service department operations.
