- Deliver practical and classroom-based training for new and existing drivers
- Conduct competency assessments across bulk tanker, cylinder and ISO operations
- Coach and mentor drivers to strengthen capability and safe driving practices
- Conduct in-cab observations, route assessments and field safety audits Deliver Dangerous Goods awareness, defensive driving and vehicle risk management training
- Support driver competency reassessments and ongoing development is part of your role
- Review driver performance and provide practical coaching following driving events, incidents or non-conformances You will contribute to driver training materials, competency assessments, SOPs and toolbox talks
- Support transport safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
