Senior ROC Engineer

Job description

In this role, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient remote operation of multiple process plants from Linde's Remote Operations Center, while driving operational excellence across the region Furthermore, you will leverage your expertise in process control systems and plant operations to optimize performance, troubleshoot complex operational issues, and support critical startup, shutdown, thawing, and cooldown activities

Process optimization and continuous improvement are key aspects of your role, including analyzing plant performance, enhancing operational reliability, and supporting the successful deployment of advanced process control technologies Additionally, you will develop and review operating procedures, maintain accurate operational documentation, and initiate Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure safe and effective implementation of technical improvements

You will also provide technical leadership in APCS tuning and performance enhancement, support commissioning activities, and collaborate closely with site and regional teams to drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence
