Job description

Manage the EffecTech Production function to ensure all gases and gas mixtures are delivered on time and to the highest quality Familiarisation with ISO 17034 accredited processes within the quality system Resource staff and materials required to maintain the production schedule Recruit, manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff through an appraisal and training framework, in accordance with company policies Resourcing and prioritising work within their department based on the requirements of the client and in consultation with other stakeholders
