Job description

Train and mentor drivers, ensuring compliance with New Zealand transport regulations Engage in pre-employment drives, new driver onboarding, and ongoing training including yearly assessments Conduct post-incident training and assessments, supporting Performance Improvement Plans Coach drivers on speed, camera use, fatigue management, driving style, and EROAD star ratings Perform audits on logbooks, fatigue management, customer sites, and trucks is part of your role Manage training sessions and records, and coordinate external training opportunities Recommend drivers for promotions and attend serious incidents to provide advice
