Job description

You will lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Taylor Air Separation Plants, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while achieving business objectives

• Direct, develop, and support plant teams by setting goals, promoting accountability, delegating responsibilities, providing coaching and performance management, and driving operational excellence
• Create and execute operational plans, priorities, process improvements, and productivity initiatives that optimize plant performance, reliability, and product supply
• Lead complex and cross-functional projects, serving as the primary interface between Operations and other departments, businesses, and functions to ensure alignment and successful execution Further, you will collaborate with senior and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, operational challenges, response strategies, and long-term business objectives
• Monitor operational trends, develop procedures, implement organizational improvements, and make decisions that support business growth and performance
• Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, permitting, product quality, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational discipline and safety excellence And you will lead Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives while managing plant fixed and variable costs, monitoring financial performance, and developing action plans to address deficiencies
• Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to build a cohesive management team and achieve operational, financial, and organizational goals
