Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity objectives are achieved Further, you will lead the daily performance reviews focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Continuous Improvement metrics You will drive improvements in key business measures including OEE, labour productivity, sales per head, operating profit per head, waste reduction, and customer service
Establishing and sustaining a disciplined Standard Plant approach through Leadership Standard Work and 6S principles will be part of your role
