Site Services Technician

Job description

You will adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies, operating practices, reporting requirements, and lone worker standards

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and commission gas delivery systems, industrial instruments, analyzers, PLC systems, and electrical equipment under 600V Read and maintain P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with company and customer procedures
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling, material procurement, lockout/tagout activities, and contractor work Further, you will analyze process performance, understand process loop interactions, and develop projects that improve system availability and reliability
• Support and maintain ultra-high purity gas delivery and control systems
• Engage with customers daily and maintain required site access training and certifications
• Maintain site security and housekeeping standards And you will participate in safety meetings and safety-related activities Use CMMS to execute, document, and improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Collect and analyze equipment and process condition monitoring data
• Maintain spare parts inventory and communicate inventory needs
• Follow work instructions, provide feedback, and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain regular communication with management
• Complete required training and achieve annual performance goals And you will provide support in office and field environments
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime, holidays, and after-hours as required Access elevated electrical and mechanical equipment using ladders, scaffolding, and man-lifts
