Senior UI / UX Designer - AI Hub

Job description

You will ensure all Global AI applications feature best practice UI/UX, executing this efficiently and cost-effectively to maximize user adoption You will own the entire UX process for Global AI applications from discovery through delivery, including research, flows, wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and UI specifications And you will translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences for web and mobile applications, designing responsive interfaces that align with a consistent design language

You will actively engage with developers, functional, and business colleagues throughout the design process You will create and maintain Figma design systems, encompassing libraries, components, variants, and living documentation Further, you will produce developer-ready assets via Figma, providing annotated specs, redlines, interaction details, and accessibility notes for seamless handoffs You will proactively audit and consolidate various design systems across the portfolio where possible

Also, you will advocate for UX standards, patterns, and governance across the application landscape to contribute to a scalable Global AI design system
