Warehouse Operations Associate

Job description

You will receive incoming gas cylinders and ship outgoing cylinders according to customer orders and instructions

• Perform leak checks, clean, and prepare compressed gas cylinders following ISO 9001/2015 compliant procedures including painting and valve surface polishing
• Manage daily inventory of Chemicals of Concern with manual cylinder counts and required documentation You are going to generate Certificates of Analysis, bar codes, product labels, neck tags, and other shipping documents
• Utilize computerized management systems to record and track cylinder deliveries and stage cylinders for shipment You are expected to conduct inventory audits at stocking and customer sites as needed
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, email correspondence, database maintenance, and use of handheld tracking devices
• Maintain housekeeping and janitorial duties in the stocking site area
