Lead Field Service Technician

Job description

You will collaborate with management, plant technicians, Technical Support Engineers, and the Equipment Reliability Group to meet operational goals

• Lead safety, quality, operations, and compliance activities at regional plant locations
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance and calibrate industrial plant equipment Further, you will troubleshoot and resolve plant process and operational issues efficiently
• Lead plant technicians to manage site operations, ensuring production specifications, reliability, and administrative requirements are met
• Plan and execute maintenance outages and coordinate resources for maintenance and compliance audits And you will interpret process and instrumentation diagrams and complete self-directed training on air separation processes
• Oversee maintenance budgets, project cost proposals, customer billing, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility
