Manufacturing Engineer

Job description

In this role you will analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost You will design, implement, and refine production workflows, tooling, and fixtures to support lean manufacturing principles

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve process issues You will develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and equipment specifications
• Support the integration and programming of CNC machines and metal fabrication equipment and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities
• Recommend process and operational changes to overcome process issues, avoid deviations, and improve productivity by analyzing and interpreting data from manufacturing operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities
