Job description

You will perform work safely following Linde’s policies and procedures

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems (600VAC and below) and automatic control valves Calibrate and maintain pneumatic, electronic, and process control instrumentation, including analytical equipment such as IR and Gas Chromatograph analyzers Further, you will use control logic drawings to troubleshoot process control systems and document repairs in the CMMS system
• Schedule and execute maintenance for electrical, pneumatic, instrumentation, motor control, and analytical systems Climb ladders, stairways, and operate man-lifts for elevated maintenance while ensuring safety and instructing contract personnel on compliance Be knowledgeable of switchgear control systems and functionally rack breakers in and out or switch them Read, interpret, and maintain, as needed, P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with SOPs, QA, and MOC policies
• Learn to operate units to continuously supply products at the appropriate quantities and qualities safely and economically, complying with all environmental regulations and daily customer requirements.

Support Operations as needed Also, monitor process performance and make appropriate adjustments to remedy deviations and align with the specified norm
