Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise to ensure our company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As a Legal Specialist, you will work closely with the legal department and various stakeholders to handle a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conduct legal research to provide accurate and up-to-date information on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company's operations.

Contract Review and Drafting

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure that they meet legal requirements and protect the company's.

Compliance

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and implement compliance programs.

Dispute Resolution

Assist in resolving legal disputes, including participating in negotiations, mediations, and litigation as necessary.

Policy Development

Contribute to the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures, keeping them aligned with legal requirements.

Risk Assessment

Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate these risks.

Legal Support

Provide legal support and advice to various departments within the organization, including HR, finance, and operations.

Training and Education

Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on legal matters, compliance, and best practices.

Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. Licensed or qualified lawyer to practice law PQE 3~5 years Strong knowledge of local state laws and regulations. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent language knowledge mandatory (Arabic, French, English). Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
