Market Intelligence

• Analyze local market insights to develop product strategy and manage product roadmap Competitor analysis and product comparisons

Product Ownership

• Translations and technical proofreading of product manuals and marketing materials Samples and CMR products management Supporting Product MKT and Sales with Product Information Management (product data management in system, datasheet creation, sales kits, step-up charts, catalogue proofreading, product overviews etc.) Contact for internal escalation of (End) Customer Support Technical checks of Dealer Advertising (Flyer, etc.) if needed, Support the management of both Built-In and Freestanding product categories, as many Built-In models are derived from Freestanding platforms and the Built-In business continues to grow
• Strong Business Partnering Skills, with key stakeholder interfaces as follows: Working in cooperation with HS product directors/marketing lead/sales Technical Contact and Support for PR Agency, CMR Media, Special Interest Magazines, and Journalists in general Technical Trainings and Instructions to internal and external stakeholders Contact for technical requests of sales and customers (dealers) Ongoing communication with key stakeholders and peers on HQ, EHQ and subsidiary level Regular communication and coordination with Korean HQ teams Your qualifications Required : Native level German and fluent English Prior experience in Built-In appliances market (manufacturer, distributor, or retailer)
• Knowledge of Built-In Business segment Excellent Customer Interaction and Communication skills both written and spoken
• Ability to focus and adapt in unpredictable and fast-paced work environment A strong team player Able to work regularly from Eschborn office (Office-based position)

Preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Experience in Built-In distribution and manufacturing companies Cross-cultural communication experience in multinational corporations, particularly with Asian headquarters (Korean language skills preferred) Knowledge of kitchen design/architecture B2B sales experience Understanding of European Built-In market standards and specifications Benefits Intensive onboarding as well as opportunities and support for your personal development A modern and international working environment
