Leidos Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a talented Quality Inspector. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions. Leidos is involved in multiple contracts to provide hardware and systems for high energy weapons, launchers, Hypersonics, and target surrogates for several DoD customers.

Inspect components and assembled parts. Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions. Perform Internal AS9100 audits. Write Non-conformance and start investigation to root cause. Basic Qualifications. Candidate must possess a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of (7) years of experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control.

Candidate should have working knowledge of IPC-a-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 Candidate must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment. The position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. Candidates must be a resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to the area.

Preferred Qualifications. Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) Prefer knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. Pay Range

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
