Primary Responsibilities

• Own the testing strategy as the lead Test Engineer on a fast-paced, mission-critical program
• Partner directly with software and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality, resilient systems
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests across system, integration, regression, and stress scenarios
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Validate data ingest pipelines and ensure alignment with data lifecycle management requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Contribute to automated testing efforts using tools such as JUnit and Mockito Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Test Engineer supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree) Experience with automated testing and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, Bash) Hands-on experience with testing tools such as JUnit and Mockito Experience testing in Linux environments and familiarity with AWS Demonstrated understanding of data ingest processes and data lifecycle management Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with Polygraph If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.

Pay Range

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
