Qualifications

Proven track record in implementing successful improvement initiatives and handling customer complaints. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
