Territory Manager - Luxury Segment

Job description

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Business Manager to lead our Luxury Segment team. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute strategies to position our brand as a leader in the luxury switchgear market. With a deep understanding of the luxury building materials industry, you will engage with key stakeholders, including A-class architects and interior designers, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to target premium and luxury market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and luxury real estate developers. Position the brand as a premium provider of electrical solutions in the luxury segment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support. Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high customer satisfaction. Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on switchgear or high-end electrical products. Proven track record of success in business development and sales. Excellent networking skills and a deep understanding of the luxury building materials industry. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Experience working with high-end architects and interior designers is mandatory.

Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. A results-driven and proactive approach to work. Willingness to travel for business purposes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
