Job Responsibilities

• Administer and update the MBS Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program Dashboard
• Collect, analyse and disseminate accurate and timely security and risk information and trends
• Assist to review and draft Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity
• Plans, operating procedures, briefing materials and reports
• Assist to coordinate and facilitate training and drills/ exercises (TTX/GDX) with MBS Departments and external stakeholders e.g., SPF, SCDF etc
• Assist in administrative tasks to support the BCM team Perform all other tasks in the IR as directed by Vice President, Security Service Department

Job Requirements

Education & Certification Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements Experience Some experience in one or more of the following areas would be a bonus:- Data analytics; Creation and administration of Power BI Dashboards; Creation and administration of automated workflows; and/or System integration and troubleshooting Other Prerequisites A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic Excellent written and communication skills, coupled with proactive and solution-oriented mindset Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
