#LI-DNI Position : Lead – MEP Design Location : Bangalore Educational Qualification : BE / B.Tech / ME / M.

Tech – Mechanical Engineering Experience

• Should have MEP Consultancy & Developers working experience
• Design competency in Mechanical system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc.
• Conversant with HVAC, PHE & Fire Fighting Design calculations viz: Load estimation, Equipment sizing etc.
• Familiar with ECBC, NBC guidelines, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, IS, CIBSE, BSRIA, LEED requirements
• Awareness about Mechanical execution at project site.

• Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design deliverables for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc.
• Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
• Liaisoning Support for HRC, MOEF, BMC & M&E
• Project Engineering Development
• Product Engineering Evaluation
• Value Engineering
• Market Rate Assessment
• Innovative Technological Study
• Appointment of Consultants
• Consultancy Payment Certification
• Consultants’ Additional Fee Claims & Validation
• Tender Documentation
• Post Contract Administration
• CCD (Change Control Document), Quantity Survey & Validation
• Contractor’s Submittal Review
• Construction Quality Audit
• Troubleshooting Support for Operational Plant issues
• Procurement & Contracts Strategy
• Best practices of the equipment installation and their commissioning checklists
• Periodic site visit to ensure quality of site execution work.
• Exposure to other building services viz, Electrical, ELV and accordingly co-ordinate with related services activities.
• Implementation of sustainable practices related with ESG in designing

Software Skills

• Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in creating standard MEP calculation sheets.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experienced with HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
• Expertise in hydraulic water and air calculations.
