Job description

Manage P&M operations, maintenance and deployment, including manpower and equipment allocation at project sites. Handle receipt, assembly, erection, commissioning and dismantling of cranes, tower cranes, batching plants, concrete pumps, boom placers and earthmoving equipment. .Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, periodic inspections and effective spare-parts management..Manage construction power distribution and ensure equipment availability, reliability and safe operation..Ensure adherence to EHS requirements and established construction-site practices..Prepare P&M MIS reports and train, supervise and monitor O&M teams.

The Lead – Plant & Machinery (P&M) – Site will be responsible for the end-to-end management of plant, machinery, construction equipment, and associated utilities deployed at project sites. The role will ensure optimum equipment availability, reliability, safe operation, and cost-effective utilization to support project execution as per planned schedules and operational requirements.The incumbent will lead P&M activities covering equipment planning and deployment, operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, erection and commissioning, manpower allocation, construction power management, spare-parts control, statutory and EHS compliance, and performance monitoring.Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and periodic maintenance schedules for critical plant and machinery to minimize breakdowns and equipment downtime.

Lead breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root-cause analysis while coordinating with technicians, OEMs, service providers, and vendors for timely restoration

Qualifications

Bachelor Of Electrical Engineering (BEE); Bachelor Program in Mechanical Engineering; Diploma Electrical Engineering (DEE); Diploma Electrical and Electronics (DEE); Diploma in Automobile Engineering; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
