* Role: Chief Engineering Manager / Senior Structural Design Engineering Manager* Location: L&T Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam)Responsibilities* Lead structural design and analysis of high-rise and mega projects.* Review and optimize complex RCC structural systems.* Manage design deliverables using ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.* Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.* Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.* Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues.## Requirements* 16-20 years of core experience in the structural design of high-rise buildings.* Advanced expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.* Strong command of IS codes and international design practices.* Proven track record of handling large-scale mega projects and leading design teams.
Qualifications
Master of Engineering (ME); Master of Technology (MTech)
