Job description

Experience in the field of Welding, Destructive Testing, Structural Fabrication, Quality Assurance & Control, Client Relationship Management, Documentation, Coordination and Team Management.Preparation of Work procedure & QP for fabrication and erection of SS/CS Piping, structures, Static/rotary equipment.Experience in Conducting WPS/PQR and WPQ as per the applicable codesExperience in Inspection of surface preparation and

Painting of structures as per the applicable codes/standards.Worked with various code provisions such as BSEN, ASME, AWS, IS, IRS.Established Welding Procedures for various materials like Structural Steel, LTCS, LAS, Stainless Steel.Proficient in maintaining quality standards for in process, incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective actions.Proven track record in implementing cost saving measures to develop manpower skills, safety measures and ensuring compliance of various quality measures.

Effective in communication & negotiation with strong analytical, problem solving Skills.Experience in Inspection of Piping, structures and static/rotary equipment as per the approved QP.Experience in conducting NDT Inspections (ie Visual, Penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing, Radiography testing & Ultrasonic testing, Vacuum box testing & Kerosene Leak Testing) and evaluating the discontinuities as per the applicable standards.Having valid ASNT/ISNT level -II certificate in VT,PT,MPT,RT,UT & LTExperience in Inspection of Manufacturing components at Vendor premises and expeditingExperience in inspection of Fasteners, Paints and Doors.
