Key Responsibilities

Planning and Execution: Plan, supervise, and execute statutory audits under various financial reporting frameworks (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS).Prepare audit programs and ensure compliance with audit methods and statutory obligations.

Financial Analysis

Analyze and review financial statements.Draft and present auditor’s reports, including significant accounting policies and notes to accounts.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST.Prepare and review audit schedules and workpapers.

Team Management

Manage and supervise audit teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources.Provide guidance and training to junior staff.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.7-9years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits, preferably with a reputed CA firm.Proficiency in modern accounting systems and procedures.Experience with IND AS and IFRS is highly desirable.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.This role is crucial for ensuring that financial statements are accurate and comply with all relevant regulations. It also involves significant interaction with clients and managing audit teams

Bachelor of Engineering (BE); Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDISEM)
