Primary Shared Across Functionally

• Maintain and update the Proposal Access Matrix in accordance with Departmental SOPs and ensure timely access to all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and periodically update proposal communication protocols to facilitate effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, format, consolidate, and finalize technical and commercial bid documentation in accordance with client and company requirements.
• Review bid inputs compliance with approved templates, formatting standards, grammar, syntax, and overall document quality.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to collect, track, expedite, and compile inputs required for technical and unpriced commercial bid submissions.
• Assist Proposal Managers in the preparation and submission of technical proposals and unpriced commercial bids.
• Maintain version control and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of all proposal documents.
• Support bid submission activities by ensuring completeness and timely availability of required documentation.
• Assist Proposal Coordinators and Proposal Managers in scheduling and organizing client meetings, bid review meetings, clarification meetings, and internal proposal discussions.
• Maintain records of proposal correspondence, meeting minutes, and submission documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of bidding documents and commercially sensitive information.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (BE); Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
