#LI-DNI - Old TAR - LNT/SM-C-C/1754682 Responsible for end-to-end contract management including tender review, subcontract administration, claims management, billing coordination, contractual correspondence, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring to ensure successful and cost-effective project execution. Responsible for managing all contractual activities related to projects, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance, cost control, risk mitigation, and smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and legal requirements. Monitor project progress against contractual obligations and milestones. Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures. Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial management. Understanding of FIDIC/railway/infrastructure contract conditions. Knowledge of claims management and dispute handling. Ability to analyze technical and commercial documents.

Qualifications

Graduate in Civil Engineering; Contracts Course; Bachelor of Technology Honors (BTech Hons)
