Job description

• Engagement & Performance Improvement Analyze engagement and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Develop and implement targeted action plans with measurable goals, assigned responsibilities, and time-bound milestones to enhance engagement and track progress.
• Resource & Production Planning Assess and forecast resource requirements to ensure production capabilities meet project demands and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to bridge resource gaps proactively.
• Project & Change Management Track design and project status proactively to manage ad-hoc changes. Implement formal change management processes to assess, approve, and execute modifications while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Operational Excellence & Best Practices

Apply industry best practices, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance metrics to boost productivity, quality, and safety. Lead initiatives to reduce waste, optimize processes, and enhance long-term operational efficiency.

• Cost & Value Engineering Utilize value engineering principles to manage project costs throughout the lifecycle. Identify cost-effective alternatives to improve budget adherence and overall cost efficiency.
• Data Analytics & Reporting Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop dashboards and detailed reports on key KPIs to guide leadership decisions.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Apply DEI principles to support and implement initiatives that promote a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment.
• EHS Compliance & Audits Conduct systematic evaluations to ensure compliance with EHS regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Identify hazards, assess risk controls, and drive corrective actions.
• Technical & Engineering Expertise Apply cross-disciplinary engineering knowledge to provide technical support across project phases—from design to execution and disposal. Demonstrate strong understanding of construction and process equipment, including specifications, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

Additional Competencies

Strong command of investigative and quality tools (RCA, Pareto, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) for problem identification and resolution. Ability to evaluate organizational processes using performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (blueprints, GFC, shop drawings, DCI standards). Understanding of fabrication resources and equipment such as rotators, cranes, furnaces, hydraulic systems, leak testing equipment, welding systems, manipulators, and NDE tools.
