Job Title

Waterproofing Summary: Is responsible for the overall management of the waterproofing department, including the planning, execution, and quality control of all waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in waterproofing, as well as experience in managing and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement waterproofing strategies and procedures
• Manage the waterproofing budget and schedule
• Oversee the selection and procurement of waterproofing materials and products
• Inspect and approve all waterproofing work
• Train and supervise waterproofing crews
• Resolve waterproofing problems and issues
• Stay up-to-date on the latest waterproofing technologies and techniques Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in waterproofing, with a focus on commercial and residential projects
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing materials and methods Experience in managing and motivating a team Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
