Qualification

Diploma / B.

Tech in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringExperience

Minimum 1 project experience in Pre/Post-Tensioning worksJob Responsibilities: Execute and supervise pre-stressing and post-stressing operationsCarry out strand threading, profiling, and gluing activities as per approved proceduresPerform and monitor grouting operations ensuring quality and completenessHandle installation and inspection of anchor cones, wedges, and PT accessoriesOperate and maintain stressing jacks and hydraulic systemsEnsure compliance with approved method statements and quality standardsCoordinate with site and planning teams for smooth PT executionMonitor and control material usage, productivity, and cycle timeMaintain records of stressing data, elongation reports, and grouting logsEnsure strict adherence to safety practices during stressing operationsKey

Skills Required: Hands-on experience in PT operations (pre & post tensioning)Knowledge of profiling, threading, and stressing sequencesFamiliarity with wedges, anchor cones, and PT systemsWorking knowledge of stressing jacks and hydraulic equipmentUnderstanding of quality control and safety requirements in PT worksRole Expectation: Responsible for end-to-end execution of PT activities at siteEnsure safe, accurate, and efficient completion of stressing and grouting operations
