Designer / Modeler HVAC Modelling

Job description

Develop and manage complex 3D HVAC models for offshore facilities, living quarters, utility modules, process modules, substations, control rooms, and electrical buildings. Prepare detailed HVAC design deliverables in accordance with project specifications and engineering standards.

HVAC General Arrangement Drawings HVAC Layout Drawings HVAC Equipment Layouts Ventilation Layouts Duct Routing Drawings HVAC Sections and Details HVAC Supports Drawings HVAC Installation Drawings Isometric Drawings Perform advanced 3D modelling of: Air Handling Units (AHU) Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU) Package HVAC Units Chillers Pressurization Systems Ventilation Systems Exhaust Systems Fire Damper Systems Louvers Ducting Systems HVAC Supports Coordinate HVAC modelling interfaces with Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, and Safety disciplines.

Identify, report, and support resolution of interdisciplinary clashes. Ensure compliance with project-specific modelling standards and procedures. Review 3D models to ensure constructability, accessibility, maintainability, and operability requirements are met. Generate detailed fabrication and construction drawings from approved models. Participate in model review workshops and engineering coordination meetings. Incorporate engineering comments, client comments, and design changes into models.

Support engineering teams during detailed engineering, fabrication, and construction phases. Maintain model quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in development and implementation of HVAC modelling best practices and standards. Guide junior designers and modelers on complex modelling activities.
